Sometimes you might see that your Bot doesn't seem to be running, which is definitely not good news. There is a wide range of reasons for why that is the case.
But you can take some steps to troubleshoot some of the problems and get your Bot
up and running immediately. Here are a few of them.
Check your Bot state
Make sure that after you created your Bot it is turned ON. You can check this in your Bots list.
Wait for the Data Check time
Depending on the plan you've taken, you have to wait for a certain amount of time for your Bot to look for new data from the Trigger app. To know that for your plan, visit the Automate.io pricing page and look at the Data Check section for your plan.
Do not open the Bot while you wait for the data check, since it will turn the Bot OFF and you will need to turn it ON again and re-create the test data.
Reconnect your apps
Go to the Apps section in your Automate.io dashboard and reconnect the apps of the Bot which is not running.
