⚡️ New Form Entry (Webhook)

Description: Triggers whenever there is a new form submission made for the specified form. The output fields will be generated after selecting the form in the trigger.

Data limits:

Unsupported items: One Bot can work for one form only.


Unfortunately, we're not yet supporting any actions to be performed in Typeform. Please feel free to reach out to us for new action requests or suggestions.

Common issues with Typeform integration

❗️ I do not see my form responses being sent completely to the other app.

This might happen if you have made any changes to the form after turning ON the Bot. If you change anything in your Typeform question after you've set up your Bot, you would need to go into your Bot and re-map all the fields.

❗️ I do not see all the fields of my form in my output fields.

If two questions in the form are exactly the same, we'll only receive the output field for the latest one filled. You'll need to change the name of the field just slightly in the form so the Bot can tell the difference.

❗️ I am not getting my images from my picture-type questions.

As of now, we are not yet supporting attachments because of which the Bot will not be compatible with picture-type questions.

❗️ I cannot see my form in the dropdown menu.

Please try reconnecting the Typeform app. To reconnect the Typeform app, please follow these steps.

  1. Open the Apps tab in the app.

  2. Click on the three dots appearing on the Typeform app icon.

  3. Click on Reconnect and follow the authentication instructions.
