Payments can fail for multiple reasons and it can be annoying when they result in the loss of data.

Note: When your payment fails, your subscription gets past due and further gets canceled after a few unsuccessful attempts.

insufficient_funds

The card has insufficient funds to complete the purchase.

pickup_card

The card cannot be used to make this payment (it is possible it has been reported lost or stolen).

Please use another card or contact your card issuer.

transaction_not_allowed

The card has been declined for an unknown reason.

Please use another card or contact your card issuer.

incorrect_number

The card number is incorrect.

Please re-enter your card details using the correct information.

How to avoid payment failures?

1. Provide your Country and ZIP Code on your Automate.io account's Billing Page.

2. Make sure your card is not expired or near expiry In case it is, please use another card.
