In most cases, you can expect the first human response from our end within 30-45 minutes.

How do you create a support ticket? πŸ“©

To create a support ticket, you can simply shoot an e-mail to help@automate.io. For the customers on Growth and above subscription, you can use our live chat bubble available at the bottom right, in the Automate.io app. If required, we also get on calls with our customers on Business and Enterprise subscription.
