Connecting Quick Base to Automate.io
Go to APPS. Click the blue ‘+’ button on the top-right. You will see a ‘Add a new app’ pop-up.
Search for Quick Base in the search box. Select Quick Base. You will see a window which prompts you to validate the app.
Give the App a name, enter the Token and Subdomain Name, and click Validate.
How do I find the Token?
Login to your Quick Base account. On the user drop-down on the top-right, click My Preferences.
Under My User Information, click the link for 'Manage my user tokens for realm...' which is next to 'Manage User Tokens'.
Click '+New user token'.
Under 'Basics', enter a Name and a Description for your token.
Under 'Assign token to apps', click the dropdown arrows to select which apps you want to assign this token to. You can assign a token to as many as 20 apps.
Click 'Save' on the top-right.
The new token appears in the list of user tokens. API calls containing this token can now interact with the application. You can assign this new token to other applications also.
Now, copy the token and paste it in your Automate.io account.
How do I find my Subdomain Name?
You can find your Subdomain Name in your Quick Base account's URL. If your Quick Base URL is automate.quickbase.com, your Subdomain Name is automate. Now, paste it in your Automate.io account.
If everything goes well, Quick Base will be successfully authenticated. Now, click Save.
Quick Base will appear in your apps list.
